Cool! Thanks for sharing. I live close-by to the bridge and was out of town for a family gathering when the grand opening celebration took place, so I was glad to see this.

The old bridge will remain standing for some time to come because the state doesn't have the estimated $10 million to dismantle it. It is not open to any kind of traffic.

I went over the old bridge just a few times on the way to Arcadia. Is the old one being dismantled?

a little long but I liked the opening with the fire trucks and the old cars and stuff coming over the old bridge .a little bit of local history and worth watching |
