Crossfitters have muscular endurance, and yes more in shape than the average person. I don't think high reps low weight makes someone superior. Also i don't think crossfitters opinion of what good shape is, is the same of what i think the definition is. My theory on crossfit is you have to have some sort of weightlifting background to do it. You can just jump into it and see the same amout of results. I can't do crossfit I will be disowned.

Well, we are in better shape than almost everyone. Demonstrably so, not just in word. Why don't you do CrossFit, would be my question?

I'm bitter they got rid of the power rack at my gym to turn the entire room into an all crossfit room. Mostly from my experience with crossfitters at my gym. They think they are better than everyone and they claim to be in better shape than everyone. They are constantly running their mouths about how crossfit is superior to every other workout routine. I don't do crossfit and I am in great shape. Not just having muscular endurance and strength but also stamina. And still they look down

Wow. I've always wanted to do lifts like this but I am really scared of dislocating my shoulder or getting a shoulder related injury. The most I do is the clean and press and then bring it back down and even that makes me nervous.
