I love Guru becuase everything that comes outta his mouth is 100% real, some of that Lil Wayne shit is just corny because you can tell he's just trying to sell reocrds by any means, doing songs with T Pain and all kinds of artist outside of the hip hop genre, thats how he gets the teenage white girls to buy his albums. Guru don't care about that shit, he keeps his shit real hip hop regardless of how many albums he sells, its like a sacrifce that non commercialized rappers like Nas have to make.

The problem with rap now is theres harly any strong lyrical content, becuase all anbody cares about is a decent beat and a cathy hook with T Pain (suburben white kids are to blame), songs with a good beat and all around solid lyrics and every verse will lasy you way longer, this is a song about life and I can relate to it.
