looting isn't right, but driving a tank over someone's car is not the most... direct method of punishment. If he has no job, won't he have to loot more wood to stay warm?
I'm not anti-military, usually the opposite as a matter of fact, but I can remember joking about driving a tanks into stuff in 6th grade.
