His kata is good but he has modified it very much. This is not how we perform the actual kata. He makes the kata look fast by his modifications but it is not there in the techniques. Outstanding skill overall though.

I agree with you in one point: WKF is not about tradition or martial aspects, is it just about sharp, crisp and powerful movements in a balletic way... but valdesi is FAR away from being flawless, if you want to see real flawless, impecable and accurate kihon, type Kanazawa in the search box.
