Very good video of Hwarang Do Master Joo Bang Lee and his use of "Ki".
He ran a group called the Hwarang Do Warrior Society in Korea back in late 60'-70's before coming to the States. In history in Korea the Hwarang Warriors where most feared for the martial arts skills, some say they where Korea's version of the Ninja. The term or word in Korean "Hwarang" means "Shaman" as well.
Today Master Joo Bang Lee, his Son's, run his martial arts school in California.

nice video, and so much positive reactions. One thing i have learned from training is a very important lesson of nature: Its simple. many people intend to make things seem difficult. But take the concept of chi simple, don't go wondering what it might be in essence, just do you practises. Peace!

1. TACH - a measurement of time, also a word used for sticking things together.
2. CHI - the lifeforce energy running through all that is living that can only be seen with the one eye. Energy which can be controlled by the mind.
3. ION - a formed or arranged atom or atoms.
TACHION - Tach, Chi, Ion, particles react to sound, colour, light, symbols, sacred geometary, mind and desire, amongst others. Incredible video!
