Didn't a horn player work with Ry on writing and composing this? Not sure if he's onstage during this performance, but I saw him elsewhere on Youtube with Little Feat, I think it was.

Bop till you drop is fantastic. I still listen to it regularly. I was lucky enough to catch Ry on tour with this same line up and it is on my top 10 best shows for sure. Such great group of players.

Even if it sound like the Dead, think Ry and company are not the ones who cover.....they are just great musicians....

Song is from "Bop Till You Drop", first digitally mastered vinyl. Chaka Khan on vocals on album. This song has NOTHING to do with the dead, thank god. Dude must have worked at the Catalyst. Thanks so much for these of Ry. He is a living legend. What a funky, funky live performance. Thanks again.
