The star does not appear at the specific time of night. It is always there and can be seen from other locations as well. This whole thing is just a fraud. And people are being fooled for ages.

The commentary in this video is by Rahul Easwar, the same spokes person for the temple who says the makaravilaku is man made. In this video he says the fire on the hill is being lit by supernatural powers. He is a liar and a fraud.
