It's the kind of spending that in the end results in increased revenues and standard of living, due to job creation and influx of product (in this case energy) and creation of property. In other words, an actual investment, which the government gets a return on.
As opposed to spending on bombs, which may employ some people to make the bombs, but the bombs themselves are no longer an asset after they are used, and bang for the buck, no pun intended, their use contributes much less economically

Mr Biden is a great speaker. He could even be an excellent president. He talks like a great statesman.
Go Obama-Biden!!!

HEY GOP !
They are called "ISSUES". Now that you have heard how issues are addressed, see if you can talk about issues. It's not hard, really,
you should try it. Good luck!

5:04 - "We're going to invest 150 billion dollars..." ???
The US has a deficit of 9 trillion dollars; where is the money going to come from?? If the FED prints it, it will result into serious inflation.
John McCain is terrible, but don't these issues need to be addressed? If Obama/Biden will do that, it will really show intergrity, honesty and a need for 'change' in my opinion.
