I just found out that John Tesh (Entertainment Tonight and all those much-maligned instrumental recordings of the 1990's) was the guy who made this theme. Whodathunkit. On another note, the 1990's: when the Knicks were exceptionally good. They never could get over the hump, but what team could besides the Bulls. And they were the only team in the league to consistently test the Bulls. They couldn't beat them, but no one could. And no one else came close. Certainly not for as long a time.
