The advancements in music made between 1963-1970 are astonishing. The sixties really did completly change music.

Calm down, he's obviously joking.

Heavy metal was used at the time. I remember the term being used and the TV show this is taken from (a granada production) actually introduced the band as 'And now for some heavy metal music from Black sabbath'.

Where to begin..."Lord of this world" is a warning song. Anything From "Sabbath bloody Sabbath" was against their manager. There was nothing satanic about the song "Black Sabbath" it warns people of the dangers of satanism. And "NIB" is the reason they wrote "After forever", and I always took it from a point of view in which no one is to far from love. They've each said they were Roman Catholic, and im Christian anyway, so if they were satanic I wouldn't be listening to them.
