You've got to respect corporations like Toyota for sponsoring such technologies. Of course, it is in their interests to invest in alternative sources of energy a la hybrid, piezoelectricity, solar and others.

They figure 5 to 10 watts generated per person. This kind of tech should be used in huge train stations like Penn and Grand Central that get hundreds of thousands of people every day.

Weighing costs against benefits is important. If that concern makes Chriswaterguy "sound like a republican", then he is representing the republicans well. |
