how i know it was 96? it was suposed to be released on the Makaveli album which was being recorded at the time, this features Young Noble, E.D.I. Mean Of The Outlawz And Kastro is here too but only in the background, you can hear him at the end yellin OUTLAW, OUTLAW, OUTLAW.......

Yo check it, you can hear Pac in the background at 1:54 saying ''rest in peace to Mo's grandmother'' Mo is Napoleon of the Outlawz, hes grandmother died at the time this was recorded, and i found out the song was recorded exactly on 7.7.1996.how i know? listen 2Pac in the background at 2:20 when E.D.I starts rapping, 2Pac says to him ''Happy Birthday Ni**a'' and E.D.I. Mean was born on 7.7.1974. in his line E.D.I. says i was born 22 years ago....
