also i meant side control *to* an armbar, not just a regular armbar. And yeah triangle choke is basicly impossible to get out off. But yet there are couple of ways out depending on situation: for example if the guy does have strong leg hold or lock u can always push forward to get out, or if he doesnt do it correctly and u have an opening. But again yes it is hard to get out of it in ufc considering they train alot alot.
