There is no replacement for displacement dude. The "Redline" of a car is the point where power is no longer made, and is past the point of the mechanical limit of the engine. 4A and 3S motors have identical valve train systems designed by Yamaha, and have very similar potentials HP/L. Either motor can be built to withstand 10,000rpm with correct oiling. Torque wins the race, a well built 3SGTE will smoke a 4AGTE.

crap video..I like what you don't to your car..however if it was me i would have swapped the 7afe or 4afe engine for the 4agze then changed the supercharger platform to a turbo. The reason is that the 3sgte hates red-lining whereas the 4age can withstand at least half the needle in the redline even with forced induction. Also you can get more power out of the 4age platform as they are made for hard out race drifting.

I wrecked my mountain bike last year on a dirt road going about 30 mph wearing shorts and a tank top and slid 15 or 20 feet. I got so skinned up it wasn't funny. I can just imagine what you'd look like on blacktop wrecking in this guys gear and going alot faster.

I have the Versys and it's supposed to do 0-60mph in 4.4sec...on the acceleration you need some sports car to win the first 0-60...

the difference between a bike and a car... if you wreck in a car, you survive =]. there isn't that many videos of a 3SGTE around 350-400whp just doing a straight from a dead stop. i can at least say this is an alright example. still looking for a 350-400whp example though...

The bloke on the Versys is a fat twat, but it does not change the fact that no overpimped/overexpenced japo-nitro-compact can give the excitement level of a low-mid priced motorcycle on any road conditions. I mean sure, it's great to slam the car until the nitro runs out, but let me tell you man, you have no clue about the sheer pleasure a bike can give compared to anything.
