So the only reason the white man feels the need to now give hand outs is due to an inner guilt and knowing that they are in the state they are in because of the whites and their plundering ways. Not all whites are bad but the majority of the worlds problems ie:global warming,financial problems etc lead back to them.

Well if you want to get technical, the only reason African are in a poor state is due to the whites coming over there and bringing there culture of lies, rape, murder and thievery. They lived as peaceful and socially wealthy ppl ignorant of lies and to these visitors at their word and robbed blind in the process.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Africa is rich in coal, timber, oil, natural gas and minerals. It also has expanses of fertile farmland.
