Playing Newcastle on my birthday! I will be there. This song fantastic andbrings back many memories of my teens!
Midge is a legend by the way and not just 80's new romantic. Check out the history of Thin Lizzy!

LOVE this - can't wait to see them live in April 2009! A long-held dream fulfilled as they are one of the bands I most closely associate with the 80's - my favourite decade by far in every way...

Hadn't heard this song in years. Far better than I remembered!

Of course it's not a reason, I admit, although it was the cause. And the initials were in fact the ground for such conclusion :)
In my view, the peak chart position for a song is not a reflection of its quality and so-called classics not always (or even rarely) are really the best. For instance, Dancing with tears... reached much higher rank than any other U-vox track (except Vienna) although in my opinion it's a second-rate composition. Well, now I am exposing myself to criticism,I suppose...

Like that's reason to slag me off? :(
Even so you're wrong; I never mentioned anything about dancing. You're jumping to some very strange conclusion. Maybe the initials of my name??? I simply don't like the song. It's like a rejected Japan song from Tin Drum. I don't believe it comes up to their classics (it only reached 22). And as for dancing I can dance to pretty much anything slow/fast if I like it enough (Vienna's an obvious slow dance track). But thanks for the apology :) It's appreciated

Sorry, but I have the impression that you don't like this song only because it's not music suitable for dancing.

Aw! Diddums, someone doesn't agree with your view of the world so you have to name-call. Get well soon. |
