its would be awsome if they made a more serious starship troopers, with awsome special effects. this one looks lame just like the second. the first starship troopers was amazing though

The point of the religious part was that even a "smart" person can be turned into herd when pushed enough. People are weak.
And as we see, in the end they are using religion as it is used today in many countries. When a "god" is on your side, war is justified. And war makes money. "I think they are on to something." ;)
Great satire. Much better than the second one. I still can't believe that some people take these movies seriously.
