Wow, very nice video. But after using it for awhile I have better definition of my lower abs and what looks like abs on my lower back. I just want to know where my "back-abs" came from and if they are a good sign.

I have been running cross country for the past 2 months and my upper 4 abs that i already have are looking better than ever! but my lower abs are still covered by alittle fat, should i start doing High Intensity Cardio or realy start lower ab workouts?
