well, being left armer, you get more in swing than out swing because your arm move inside when you bowl around the wicket. but if you want to bowl out swing it is quit an achievement. that ball moved from middle stump to off stump thrown from round the wicket. i haven't seen anyone doing that because it is extremely hard to do it from round the wicket.

INcredible delivery-Wasim akram was probably the best left arm bowler of all times-I still remember the delivery to Srikant in 1987 series-it hit him flush on the face and Srikant was never comfortable after that playing Akram
