3281% increase in stock value?? Serious?? According to NYSE archives, HAL sold for about $10/share in early 2003 and peaked at about $48/share earlier this year. That's about a 480% increase over the last 5 years. I wish I owned some, but it's nowhere near 3281%.

The economic and energy policy of Bush is a tragedy. They deregulated allowed GREED to kick in. Bush didn't do anything about energy, didn't impose higher gas milage stds GAVE REBATES on SUV's. IDIOTS. What does BUSH DO ABOUT Mortgage/INVESTMENT BANKS? Bail them out! GOP LET IT HAPPEN! Bush gives TAX breaks to oil companies, companies that take jobs out of America! Why? Lobbyist.
