its true, be smart, these guys are giving you what you need to do but they did not say in 4 weeks you are gonna look like them but its the right way to look like them in a longer way.

well il be honest wiv u this program wud not work in 4 weeks.. to get a big upper body u need to do more kinds ov workouts n do dem hardcore..

Bla bla bla...you`re doing that not since 4 weeks,at least 2 years and surely you`re using suplements...otherwise it`s impossible ;) not in 4 weeks...much more than that :-|
