2:16 is also real, it was on the VHS tape called "Sightings: Ghost Report" It was actually one of the best evidences of supernatural phenomena and was witnessed by more than 20 researchers at one time.

I think the one at 1:19 was real because it was on a VHS video that I saw a few days ago.
The story on her is that she was a black slave named Chloe and she was scared about her losing her position as a house slave, so she tried to poison the family and nurse them back to health but failed then they died. She ran away after that but her family hung her cuz the family might've gotten blamed for the family's death. The picture was taken by the plantation's current owner for insurance purposes.
