Put tape on their paws, that works the best! Or take a noodle (Shrimp raman works nicely.) and lay it across their shoulders where they can't really reach it and let them try to eat it. Funny as hell. Or another thing I do it wait until they are sleepy then gently touch the whiskers in their ears. it annoys them to no end.
