bolshoiboy8 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
its really cinderella... mesasge me and i will tell you more
bolshoiboy8 (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
they mean cinderella, this was choreographed by nureyev... i guess whoever posted this is foreign, and cendrillon is how they say cinderella. well, its cinderella set in the great depression of america, between late 20s and 30s. her father is alcoholic, mom is evil, and has two spiteful stepsisters, but goes to casting call(the ball), teh director falls in love with her and happily ever after... also instead of fairy godmother, we have a man who is her manager or producer.

It has been a long while since a dance has moved me like this. The choreography is fantastic: one hardly sees 'choreography' at all and instead gets the sense that the music is just calling the movement out of them. |
