It's not playback, but it's the video that is slow. the sound comes "before" if you understand what I mean ..?

The camera is bad quality..watch the other one and you'll see it isn't a playback..because the fans are singing with him...if it was a playback he wouldn't be holding the microphone out to the fans so they could sing...
