Symian27 cont...)Not until his ACTIONS warrented it. He CHOSE to violently resist a lawful removal tried to get others to interfere with the Police. That's Resisting an Officer with Violence, though later reduced to without, Inciting a Riot. He broke away from them at the front tried to do so again at the back of the room was taken down. He ignored REPEATED orders to stop resisting even AFTER being warned he'd be tased if he didn't stop. He CHOSE to be tased by CHOOSING to ignore them.

Symian27 cont...)...ACCENT reminded him about the forum rules. Meyer then CHOSE to ignore ALL of the forum rules , as seen in the video posted by hunnybun523 shot with Meyer's own camera, you can CLEARLY hear them telling him to get to his question he responded rudely. Then told him his time was up he AGAIN responded rudely. ACCENT chose to exercise their right to enforce the forum rules cut the mic the Police were escorting him out. NOT arresting him. cont...)

Symian27 cont...)That's Disturbing the Peace, Disorderly Conduct , under Fl law, Trespassing. In the video titled WUFT Video Andrew Meyer you can see the Police beginning to remove him when Kerry asks that he be allowed to ask a question. That did NOT mean he was immune from forum rules it did NOT mean the Police were to forget his earlier, ILLEGAL, actions. On the way to the mic the Police told him they were going to talk to him after his question ...cont...)

Symian27, you obviously have NO clue about what happened that day. I'll never understand why idiots like you make numerous comments on a subject they obviously don't know shit about. Meyer got pissed off that the QA had been announced to be OVER he wasn't going to get to ask a question, he wasn't the only one, started pushing people out of his way, yelling cursing at Kerry trying to get to the mic. Police ACCENT confronted him ordered him to leave he refused. cont..)

"It could be something as simple as scratch your arse - and you go down for public order. Its crazy."
criminalization of the public is bad economy
"it is a form of authoritarianism that is coming from the top down and infecting the people on the ground"
scary part is the citizens ARE infected, just look at the vitriol with which they defend these cops actions
amerikans have accepted their loss of liberty for perceived security. its sad really

Machen is such a mangina. Also, it's amazing how the female police act so tough but yet they get the male goons to subdue Andrew Meyer.
Feminism, classism, capitalism, and racism are killing AmeriKKKa straight up and down.
I'm glad my shit isn't there anymore. Fuck yeah.

Yeah its nothing to do with labels. Just wanted to stop anyone from applying them where they're not due.
It's a similar story in the UK. There is so much use of CCTV in the UK it is unbelieveable. You could accidently do something slightly illegal and be stoped further down the street because a CCTV operator saw it and recorded it. You then get a fixed penalty fine of £60 and a caution. It could be something as simple as scratch your arse - and you go down for public order. Its crazy.

To be fair this doesn't have anything to do with labels such as "liberal", "conservative" etc. Of course the police are trained to carry out orders. What is happening in the U.S. at the moment has nothing to do with individual police officers, it is a form of authoritarianism that is coming from the top down and infecting the people on the ground. Look at all the videos and articles on the internet about these types of incidents and you will see that this is becoming the reality over there now.
