i dont know if tretinoin is a good idear, read about it and says can burn very bad. i just read that boiling water can cure them with in an hour or so, sounds very painfull tho, but might give it a go lol.(i will post a comment back if it works if) try not to burn me self lol. by the way i got a lot of fordyce spots and never had a girl say a thing, girls are very nice and will put your mind at ease(but only if you let the:-)

lmao i heard about dis shit..it aint a disease and there is no 4 sure cure ... but if u have this condition you should use tretinoin cream it slowly reverse the affects of it so in a way u could say its a cure sort of!

i wouldnt try treatment if pepole think about it, all the treatments have risk of making it worse, anyways as long as your healthy and you dick aint to small be happy lol.;-D

Do NOT use a laser. The risk is way too high, some people have been disfigured for life because of that.

No treatment is needed but if you concern, you can see a dermatologist to remove them with Laser. It is expensive and chance of having scar is high.
