If the mic isn't picking up the sound of the talkbox loud enough there is a couple of things you can do: 1: have the talkbox make more noise. 2: use a more sensitive mic. 3: use more pre-amp on your mic. Or you can just record it and amplify it afterwards :)

Anyone tried just using those little earphones that fit in the ear, plug em into amp or into an effects pedal and throw one in ya mouth. Saves dicking about with tubes and speakers etc...

but if the sound thats reverberating out of your mouth is not as loud as your voice then you will either need a volume pedal or two mics |
