this dickhead jimmytwotimez doesn't make no sense.. dummy I didn't say that had teams wanted them to contribute the way bron or mike did right out the gates.. I SAID THERE ARE TOO MANY PLAYERS BEIN DRAFTED THAT AREN'T NBA-READY... teams shouldn't dnt wanna wait 3 years for a player to contribute minimally.. fuck is u talkin bout. you the same dickhead that said even "Chris Paul struggled his first couple years" LMAOOO

you must not know anything..You actually think every player can do something in just their rookie year? Not everybody can be a Lebron James or a Michael Jordan...There are some hall of fame players who took like 2 or more years before they got real good...but then there are some players who are good and teams still get rid of them...you need to get your facts straight before you talk idiot

This makes no sense! The NBA is a professional basketball league.. The problem with the NBA is the opposite of what your saying. Too many players on teams that need 2,3,4 yrs to develop. Their not paying dudes to come in and get good.. There paying for the player to come in and produce and too many times dudes come in not ready.. And its not only players on jobs on the lines Coaches, scouts, gm's, etc. There jobs(lives) all depend on how someone else played. I'd be doin the same thing..

He has a rare medical condition called situs inversus which is basically that all his vitale organs are on his right side of his body instead of the left.

yuuup i agree with you on that but one of the main reasons NBA teams are quick to dump people is because theres always some new kat comin along plus NBA players have some of the shortest career lengths in professional sports...you see quarterbacks not starting til they turn 29 or 30 and they end up starting the next 5-7 years, pictchers are the same way in baseball but when you're franchise player turns 30 in the NBA, you start lookin towards the furture...its about lifespan plus quanity man

Yea thats true but teams still dont give kids a chance. The NBA is the no patience league. If you dont turn into Lebron James your first year then teams will trade you constantly. NBA dont care about their players. I like Foye but i want him to be able to stay with just one team. Fuck Minnesota

he averaged 16, 8 and 5 plus over 2 steals a game his rookie year!! that doesnt exactly sound like takin time to adjust to the NBA game...the crazy part is he could've been a junior in college instead of a rookie in the NBA!! goodness he would've killed kats
jimmytwotimez (August 8, 2008 at 10:58 pm)
Yea Chris was good but he wasnt what he is now so lets not get carried away. But yea Rudy Gay is a beast. Its usually only 1 or 2 guys in a draft that will immediately be a great player in his rookie year. Most players need time to develop and alot of teams dont build teams to last long. Thats one reason why i hate the NBA. They never give players a good chance to succeed.

na jimmytwotimez, chris paul hit the ground running!! the 06 draft is lookin like garbage today, i bet minnesota would sell the twins to go back to draft night and take rudy gay instead!! could you imagine rudy and al?!? thats nasty for the next 10+ years
