"hard work and knowing how to approach the test" You hit the nail right on the head. I wish I knew that earlier; it took me four months just to change my approach from "oh my god!" to "bring it on". I agree with your purchases: the powerscore books along with actual editions of the test (available uptil june 2008), are the ONLY way to go. unlike the GRE or other tests, there is no imitating the questions on the lsat no matter who you are, kaplan or princeton R.,

Hey Katie, how many hours a day did you study? I have almost all of those prep books and im taking the october test, but i'm already starting to sweat a little. Feels like it's coming tomorrow. Are 2 hours a day everyday enough? Did you go longer?

I'm planning on taking the an LSAT prep course at Arizona State University. I'm ashamed to say the first time I took the LSAT I performed abysmally. Thus the next time I take it I'm going to have very different study strategies.
Thanks for posting this Katie.

Agreed. The LSAT is an extremely learnable test. While inherent aptitude certainly plays a part, a standardized test is a standardized test. |
