Hadrat Ali (RA) said :
"I visited the Prophet with Ja`far and Zayd. The Prophet said to Zayd: 'You are my freedman', whereupon Zayd began to hop on one leg around the Prophet. The Prophet then said to Ja`far: "You resemble me in my creation and my manners", whereupon Ja`far began to hop behind Zayd. The Prophet then said to me: "You are part of me and I am part of you whereupon I began to hop behind Ja`far."'

Related by Imam Ahmad in his Musnad (1:108) and also related by `Uqayli, Abu Nu`aym from Jabir, and Ibn Sa`d in his "Tabaqat" with a sound chain to Muhammad al-Baqir. This was mentioned by Shaykh Sanusi in his "Musrat al-Faqir" and many others, such as Shaykh 'Iz Abdul as-Salaam and Imam Ghazali (among many others) who firmly uphold this as evidence for dancing during the Sufi ceremonial rituals of remembrance.

Shaykh Nazim is a wonderful person, with a clean heart and someone who worships Allah with every breath he takes. He is an insperation and all who claim to be muslims at take note of what he says and not make belittling remarks.

please don't call me stupid, and then in the same sentence ask who is angry. does that make any sense to you? Only an angry person would lash out to call someone stupid. this is exactly what I mean about the sufis I have met. They talk all kinds of salam and then they lash out at anyone they suspect of being wahabi. Why is that? Can you please tell me? |
