I just saw that rough cut too.
I've concluded that those were the run-throughs
for the theater segments; watching them side-by-side with the actual episodes, you can note differences in the performances.
In the last 2 posted segments they go back
do "pick-ups deletes" for Hamlet(for flubs
and mis-timed riffs). Funny to hear them do
alternate takes of fart noises etc.
