Darlene Love's roots are from Gospel. Her strong voice allows her to "belt out" her songs with such great sound. Personally, I believe, she surpasses Tina Turner, Patti LaBelle, Arlene Smith, Mavis Staples and Aretha Franklin. We need more of Darlene!!!

Ok, so its only JUne, but I await Christmas each year. One reason being I am a fanatic for the holiday, and also to know my holiday season will be complete upon tuning into Letterman and darlene LOve performign this fav of mine. I hate rushing time for I cants tand gettign older but I truly impateintly await for her performance. She is one of my personal favs. Still going strong with that voice. Go girl.
