And I forgot to say, if you're first starting out with Snake and want to perform a Snakedash with minimum effort, dash into an opponent whilst trying to perform the glitch (Same as [:02]). The hitlag will give you a larger window to perform the mortarslide. Keep a quick tempo, and you'll perform it eventually.

For whoever doesn't know, Snakedashing (Mortarsliding) is an unintentional technique found in Brawl. To do this glitch with ease, it's recommended that you use the Gamecube controller. To do this attack, make sure your C-stick is set to "Smash".
On a flat stage (Final Destination is best), begin running at full speed in any direction. Hit down on your C-stick (going into your dash attack [:02]), and IMMEDIATELY slam up on the C-stick. If done quickly and correctly, Snake will slide.
