what's the purpose of this machine? is it can save people lives and the world? or is it the beginning of the end ? i would say pushing the limit of our knowledge, it can turn into disaster...

Scientists are the ones who create theories lol how can you say they can't comprehend it? Gravity is a theory also, Does that mean gravity is fake?

this is not gonna work without miracles and we're all under God at the end..

was it curiosity? or was it lack of caution?

Curiosity makes the difference between cats and humans

Every moment the sun emit protons at speeds that vary from zero to the LHC velocities and more. To make a nova you need the matter to create a nova, we have some protons speeding.. also if you convert all that matter in energy you'll have just a loud pop.

It's not a time machine, it's not a mistical machine, it's just a normal experiment that nobody would consider dangerous having just a bit of knowledge of science and universe. The problem is not LHC but the enormous gap between the knowledge of normal people and the technology that everybody is using everyday. Should be mandatory to study and understand the meaning of the tech we all are using for our benefit. We have a reaction like we would have showing a television in the stone age.

This looks to be some sort of time machine to me. but perhaps what they find out will end up killing us all.
