there wasn't a second season. I watched this show religiously and was hella mad when they canceled it after one season

And nearly forgot, "Models, Inc." was a spinoff of "Melrose Place" (a few of the characters went back to that show after the show ended). And Dr. Heller was a psychiatrist, not psychologist, which made it even more evil that he slept w/ many of his patients (one of those few pure evil characters that Venton played -- giving Venton, a non-typecast role, was usually cast as the good guy or at the worst just misguided).

Actually "Models, Inc." was a mid-1990's show on the FOX network (1994 - 95 to be exact). Do you have any of the scenes w/ Carrie w/ her main tormentor during the brief second season -- Dr. Richard Heller, a psychologist sleeping w/ several of his patients including Carrie (played brilliantly by actor, Harley Venton)?
