Nocturnus was a technical death metal band from the early '90s. They were pretty amazing (if you're into that sort of thing). IMO, their best album is 'The Key', which is on Earache. You can probably get it for a good price on Amazon, though.

This is at Chuck Landis Country Club in Reseda, 2 miles from my home... Same place where the people danced in the film "Boogie Nights"... Now its a Mexican Dance club.... Lots of good memories there....
