Agreed.

Philadelphia International Airport? I don't think Philadelphia Airport is as bad as JFK, which, of course, isn't as bad as Heathrow.

I had a similar incident. I remember back in December 2006, I was flying out of Los Angeles International Airport headed for Atlanta, connecting there for New York's LaGuardia Airport before going home and going through the security was MUCH more complicated that day because I didn't know much about the 'no liquid' rule and the security man searched through my bags and it made me so anxious. Luckily, it ended successfully and I went to my flight.

If I were to fly to London, I would go to Gatwick.

Seems like Heathrow is either the only airport that those passengers know in London area, or Heathrow is the cheapest choice for their itinerary. I'm glad that I know at least 4 airports in London, but it's surprising that many people only know Heathrow. I came to London in 2002 by flying to Paris, touring Paris, and taking the train called Eurostar to London (and trains are great for travel within Europe). I went to 4 more countries after London.

No it isn't...it is a bad day. Who wants to stand in a line for 3+ hours?

I hope so, chances are that some people might miss their flight after standing in this ridiculously long line. |
