Was all of this really needed? Did anyone think of knocking on the door and handing them a search warrant instead of sneaking up and climbing through the windows pointing guns unannounced? Really idiotic on the ATFs part.

the police were to do the raid when they thought that the men would be seperate form women and children for bibles study/weapons training, but they were wrong, the kids were tought how to kill themselves, on day 1 6 davidians died from gunfire and the rest that died died from the fire that teh fbi set on the branch davidson ranch

I know he wasn't but for the sake of explaining how I believe law enforcement is suppose to engage in such matters I referred to them as hostages. One thing some people forget or refused to remember is that key evidence from the raid disappeared such as the front door. Where did it go, and if there's nothing to explain why didn't they allow it to be examined during the hearings. The whole thing was bullshit. Funny thing is that Ruby Ridge wasn't long before Waco.
