Is PETG rigid? I am working a pneumatic semi-automatic gun with shell ejection. I'm concerned that the PETG "shells" might not be able to handle the pressure of the mag spring and will warp into an oval shape. I suppose the only way to find out if my mag spring is too strong is to go and try it, but my shipment of PETG didn't come yet and I'm impatient! :P

Yes, Very well. Only a little bit of E-tape is needed to make it air tight.

Does your PETG fit well inside 1/2" sch40 PVC?

My brass is $2.50 a foot not $5.

Simply add a spring, lube the O-ring, Add an O-ring
these will help it shoot farther

I pity the foo' who has to pay $5 a foot for brass. Mine's like $2 a foot. And with how often I wind up bashing my gun around during play, I wouldn't trust PETG on ANYTHING I used.
Meh. To each his own.
